 FAQ-ORDER AND PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PayPal: Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address from you. If this happens, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your order confirmation.

I’m unsure about a size or I have a fitting question.  How do I find this information?

Please see our Size Guide for general information on sizing.  If you still have specific questions about a fitting of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Service.

Why was my order canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

The item I've received is incorrect or missing. What should I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect or missing items straightaway. Please contact our Customer Service with details of which item is incorrect or missing and your order number. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Need help with your discount/promo code?

You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'discount/coupon code' box on the 'shopping cart' at 'check out' page

The item I want is “sold out” or no longer available?

Email us at [email protected] with the name of the item (or descriptions) and we'll let you know if we're getting anymore back. If we are, you will be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please refer to our SHIPPING page for full details on deliveries.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For security reason, we’re not able to change the address your order is being sent to. If you're not in when a delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising where you can.

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

If your order is more than $1000, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes is approximately 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Selfie Leslie cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note:- in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Selfie Leslie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Selfie Leslie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Can you promise there will be no custom or duties when the package arrives?

All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We CANNOT predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

What can Selfie Leslie do if the package is lost?

Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive, please contact our Customer Service to file a lost package report. Selfie Leslie is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are not responsible for returns lost by DHL or USPS.

I've made a return, will you refund my delivery charge?

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge. This is unless the entire order was faulty or incorrect. For more information, please visit RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

 FAQ-TRACKING

I'm so excited to receive my new items! How do I check the order status?

We provide all shipment with a tracking service, a tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped from our warehouse. You will received a shipping email together with the tracking number.

If you have an account you also can see the tracking number when logging in to your registered account and follow the directions below:

1) Click on 'My Account' in upper right hand corner of website.

2) Click on 'Purchase History'.

3) Click 'Shipment' to track your order.

When I try to track my order there are no available details?

You will receive a shipping email as soon as we despatch your parcel. If you haven’t received an email from us, be sure to check your junk mailbox. If you don’t see any tracking details 48 hours after delivery, please contact our Customer Service.                                                                          

FAQ-cancel

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

We're sorry to hear that, but here are the deets. You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. We recommend you cancel your order by contacting Customer Service, but due to time differences between the USA and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.

I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. However, we can cancel the order at any point before it ships out and you can then place a new order for the correct product. We will issue you store credit , which you can use to order a different size or any other products.

 FAQ-perorder

Some items are listed as Pre-Order along with an estimated arrival date. Can I order these Pre-Order items?

Pre-Order indicates the item is not currently in stock. However, you may still purchase the item. Just simply click 'add to cart' and complete the purchase process. You will only be charged once the item is shipped to you.

What happens if I am buying a pre-order item and in-stock items at the same time?

We will ship all items together (usually until the pre-order item back in stock). If you need the in-stock items first, it is advisable to seperate the order.
