Q: An item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
A: Typically 6-8 weeks.
Q: I am returning two orders, can I pay one return fee if I combine my shipment?
A: The return fee is charged per order, not per shipment. If you have two orders, there are two return fees.
Q: Why won't my discount code work?
A: Discount codes only work on full price items. Final sale items are excluded from all promotions.
Q: I have an event coming up and need express shipping!

Q: My shipment is delayed or missing!
A: We apologize. Unfortunately sometimes USPS has delays on their end that are out of our control. We do our best to ship out orders as they come in, but once USPS takes them, we have no control over their operations. We recommend reaching out to them to resolve any shipment issues.
Q: I don't know what size to get!

Q: How do I make a return/exchange?

Q: I need to make a change to my order!
A: Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes.
Q: When will my return be processed?
A: Once a return package arrives to our warehouse it can take up to two weeks to process. We do our best to process as fast as we can, but it takes time to open all your packages and check every garment that comes in.
