Returns

Thank you for shopping with Selfie Leslie.

If you are not completely satisfied and your order qualifies, we accept returns (USA Only). 

  • Please generate your return label within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All International Orders (Outside USA) are FINAL SALE. International orders do not qualify for return/exchange. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A $9.75 FEE applies per return if you choose a REFUND. 

  • There is NO RETURN FEE if you choose STORE CREDIT instead of a refund.

  • There is NO RETURN FEE for EXCHANGES. Just pick STORE CREDIT in the return portal and use the store credit to purchase the item you wish to exchange to.

  • Store credit cannot be converted back into a cash/card refund.

Return Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be delivered back to our facility by the 30th day from the original purchase date.

  • Items returned past the 30-day grace period will not be eligible for return and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. (This includes pet hair, body odor and makeup stains)

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry and undergarments cannot be returned for any reason.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Selfie Leslie hangtags, attached.

  • All items with prices ending in $XX.50 are Final Sale. These items cannot be returned.

  • All jewelry is Final Sale. These items cannot be returned.

    Please Note:

    • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

    • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Selfie Leslie.

    • Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will not be issued a refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

    • Non-Selfie Leslie items sent to us will be donated upon receipt.

      Selfie Leslie reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories.

      If your order number begins with 100 please fill out the return form here.

      Our business hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM (PST). Once your return arrives to us, please allow up to two weeks for processing.

      Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to follow up in a timely manner to ensure the return arrives to us before the grace period expires.
