RETURN POLICY 

We will provide a refund for your order as long as the garments are returned to us by the 28th day from the date of purchase.
 
If you are having sizing issues, please place a new order for the size you would like and we will issue a refund for the original order once we get it back.
 
We do not provide exchanges for garments. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please place a new order for the size you would like. Once we get the original order back (assuming it's before the 28 day cutoff), we will issue a refund for the original order. 
 
Any shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
 
All international orders are final sale. No refunds/exchanges for international orders.
 
We will only provide one return label per order.
 
Once we receive your return package, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Merchandise must be received by Selfie Leslie within 28 days of the original purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. (This includes pet hair, makeup, etc)
  • Merchandise must have all original tags & packaging, including Selfie Leslie hangtags, attached.
  • Any items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged. Sale items (discounted items) are final sale. (items ending in $xx.50)
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned for any reason: bodysuits.

Please Note:

  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. (Once we issue the refund, it takes 5-7 business days for your bank to process)
  • If the items you are returning do not meet the above requirements, we will not issue a refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.
  • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Selfie Leslie.
  • Any shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • Items returned with pet hair or makeup stains will not be refunded. (Please be responsible and treat the clothes as if they were your own. We're a small family owned boutique with limited inventory, not a big chain store with unlimited resources...)

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN  

If your order qualifies for return, we will email you a free return label so you can send back the merchendise free of charge. Please fill in only one return form per order.
 
(IMPORTANT) Please take note of the following so your order can be refunded:

1. All garments must be in the original packaging (clear plastic bag)
2. All hand tags must be attached (If tags are not attached, we cannot issue a refund)
3. Include a copy of your invoice in the return package (so our team knows what order to refund)
4. If you need a different size, please place a new order asap since we cannot hold inventory and/or guarantee the size you want will remain in stock.

Selfie Leslie reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories. We will only provide one return label per order.
