Orders are usually shipped within one - two business days (24 - 48 Hours) (Monday - Friday) of purchase from Los Angeles, CA. To ensure your order is shipped first before all other standard orders, we recommend purchasing the expedited handling option.

When your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. (To prevent package theft, orders with a value of $250+ will require a signature upon receipt)

After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues the carrier encounters on their end.

We ship to the address YOU provide. Please ensure all information is 100% accurate before submitting your order.

Once an order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes.

Selfie Leslie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse in Los Angeles.

International shipping is a flat fee of $30. (Does not include local taxes/duties)

International orders do not qualify for return/exchange.

International orders are FINAL SALE.

Local countries' Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. The amounts vary country by country, but it can range anywhere from 20% to 50% of the total order value.

The Selfie Leslie shipping charge only covers the cost of postage, it does not cover Taxes and Duties.

International orders may take around one to two weeks to arrive.

Return Requirements

• Please generate your return label within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Merchandise must be delivered back to our warehouse or dropped off at the Return Bar by the 30th day from the original purchase date.

• Items returned past the 30-day grace period will not be eligible for return and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. (Pet hair, body odor, perfume and makeup stains will result in your return being rejected and a ban from making future returns)

• Bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, perfume, makeup, styling accessories and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

• Merchandise must have all tags, including hangtags, attached.

• All items with discounted prices ending in $XX.50 or a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale. These items cannot be returned.

• Any original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

• All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Selfie Leslie.

• Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will not be issued a refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

• Non-Selfie Leslie items sent to us will be donated upon receipt.

• All International Orders (Outside USA) are FINAL SALE. International orders do not qualify for return/exchange.

• A $9.75 RETURN FEE applies for all REFUNDS. 

• There is NO RETURN FEE if you choose STORE CREDIT.

• There is NO RETURN FEE if you make an exchange purchase through the return portal.

• Store credit cannot be converted back into a cash/card refund.

• Store credit and refunds are issued instantly at Return Bars.
