Payment Methods

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Please note that all cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the logos above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PayPal

PayPal is an excellent payment choice for those who do not have a credit card issued by the vendors above. With your PayPal account, you can use a variety of payment methods to make your Selfie Leslie purchase. When checking out, use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout like normal!

I need help with my discount/promo code!

Congrats on your promo code! When entering into checkout, you need to enter the code exactly as it is given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code exactly as it appears into the “discount/coupon code” box on the checkout page -- click apply and your new total should appear!

Shipping

All orders shipped within the US should normally arrive in 3-5 business days. See our Shipping Page for more details!

Most US orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. See our Shipping Page for more information!

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided upon checkout. If for some reason you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder and add support@selfieleslie.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to at this time.

We love our international Selfie Leslie family! However, if your order is more than $1,000 it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes is approximately 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Selfie Leslie cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, please contact your local customs office for further information! By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.

In rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Selfie Leslie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Selfie Leslie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. Please see our Shipping Page for more information on your international order.

Unfortunately for all of our international Selfie Leslie lovelies, all international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. At this time, we cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Packages are rarely lost; however, if a parcel does not arrive, please contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Selfie Leslie is not responsible for the cost of any return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost and/or misdelivered packages.

Order Information

We want to make sure that each of our customers receives the perfect item in their perfect fit. If you have questions about sizing, please see our Size Guide for general information. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Service.

We’re sorry to hear that your order was canceled! Please email Customer Service to resolve any issues with your order, and we’ll try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Some of our styles are known to fly right off our online shelves. When this happens, please select the size of the item you are interested in, and sign up for our back in stock notifications. Once the item is back in stock, you will get an email from us that it is ready for purchase!

We're sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind. You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. Once the order ships, however, we cannot make any changes. We recommend you cancel your order by contacting Customer Service. However, while we will do our best to help you cancel your order, due to time differences between the USA and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change the items in an order once the order has been placed. However, we can cancel the order at any point before it ships out, and you can then place a new order for the correct product and size.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your package has shipped from our warehouse. If you made a Selfie Leslie account upon checkout, or have an already established Selfie Leslie account, you also can see the tracking number when logging in to your registered account and following the directions below:

You will receive a shipping email as soon as we despatch your parcel. If you haven’t received an email from us, please be sure to check your junk mailbox. If you don’t see any tracking details 48-hours after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service.

All transactions submitted through Selfie Leslie are encrypted with 256 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Selfie Leslie is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Sizing

At Selfie Leslie, our products are designed in Australian (AU) sizing, which can differ slightly from US sizing. To help you find your perfect fit, we’ve compiled some helpful FAQs about sizing and how to make sure you’re ordering the right size.

AU sizing generally runs smaller than US sizing, so it’s essential to consult our Size Guide before placing an order. As a general rule:

  • An AU 6 is equivalent to a US 2
  • An AU 8 is equivalent to a US 4
  • An AU 10 is equivalent to a US 6
  • An AU 12 is equivalent to a US 8
  • An AU 14 is equivalent to a US 10

Tip: If you’re in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

We highly encourage you to check out our detailed Size Guide for specific measurements. This guide includes bust, waist, and hip dimensions for each AU size so you can compare them to your own measurements for the best fit. Use a soft measuring tape and take measurements directly on your body for the most accurate results.

While most of our styles follow standard AU sizing, some fabrics and designs may fit differently depending on their cut or material. For example:

  • Stretchy or adjustable styles (like smocked or tie-back dresses) may accommodate more flexibility.
  • Fitted or non-stretch pieces may run snug, so double-check your measurements.
